Riverfield Real Assets Fund

Characteristics

The fund invests globally in listed Real Estate and Infrastructure companies. It is diversified across real estate sectors (e.g. commercial, residential, retail etc.) as well as across infrastructure sectors (e.g. airports, ports, motorways, pipelines, etc.). The fund's objective is to achieve medium to long‐term capital appreciation combined with low volatility. The fund invests in companies with high quality assets, strong balance sheets and high predictability of future cash flows. The weight of each position in the fund (and of each subsector) is determined on the basis of a bottom-up approach. The fund’s holdings combine very resilient cash flows with inflation-protected revenues and assets. The fund has a 15+ year track record under the same stewardship.
