RA Alex Rabian

Alexander Rabian is Partner of a Zurich based law firm (Streichenberg Rechtsanwälte). After studies at Zurich University (lic. iur.) he started his career in 1988 as secretary to the advocacy at the Zurich district court. His core competences are international «Banking and Finance». Other areas of expertise are corporate law, contract law, criminal law, IT law, intangible property rights, the conduct of legal cases at court and the prevention of money laundering. Alex has been acting as mediator and represents clients at court vs. administrative units. He is chairman of the SRO board of directors of VSV-ASG (Swiss Association of Asset Managers - SAAM) - the leading industry association of independent asset managers in Switzerland as well as member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar association.
